Garlic Parmesan Fried Lamb Chops
Ingredients
- Lamb chops
- Salt & black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Fresh garlic, minced
Coating
- Flour
- Grated parmesan
- Optional: breadcrumbs for extra crunch
For frying
- Oil or butter/oil mix
Optional finish:
- Fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges
- Chili flakes
Method
1. Season
Pat lamb chops dry.
Season generously with:
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- garlic powder
2. Coat
Mix flour and parmesan together.
Lightly dredge the chops.
3. Fry
Cook in hot oil over medium-high heat until:
- deeply golden outside
- juicy inside
Usually:
- 3–4 minutes per side depending on thickness
Add fresh garlic and butter near the end so the garlic doesn’t burn.
4. Finish
Top with:
- extra parmesan
- parsley
- squeeze of lemon
