Garlic Parmesan Fried Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • Lamb chops
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Fresh garlic, minced

Coating

  • Flour
  • Grated parmesan
  • Optional: breadcrumbs for extra crunch

For frying

  • Oil or butter/oil mix

Optional finish:

  • Fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges
  • Chili flakes

Method

1. Season

Pat lamb chops dry.

Season generously with:

  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • garlic powder

2. Coat

Mix flour and parmesan together.

Lightly dredge the chops.

3. Fry

Cook in hot oil over medium-high heat until:

  • deeply golden outside
  • juicy inside

Usually:

  • 3–4 minutes per side depending on thickness

Add fresh garlic and butter near the end so the garlic doesn’t burn.

4. Finish

Top with:

  • extra parmesan
  • parsley
  • squeeze of lemon
