Ingredients
- 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 tub whipped topping
- Graham crackers or plain tea biscuits
- Chocolate frosting or chocolate ganache
Instructions
- Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- In a dish, make one layer of graham crackers.
- Spread half the pudding mixture on top.
- Add another cracker layer.
- Spread the remaining pudding mixture.
- Finish with a final cracker layer.
- Spread chocolate frosting or ganache on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
Simple Chocolate Ganache
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Heat cream, pour over chocolate, mix until smooth.
Tips
- The crackers soften in the fridge and become cake-like.
- Best served chilled.
