Ingredients
- 2 large tortillas
- 1 cup cooked steak strips
- 1–1½ cups shredded cheese
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- Salt & black pepper
- Optional: jalapeños, mushrooms, hot sauce
Instructions
- Cook onions and peppers in a pan until soft.
- Add steak strips and season lightly.
- Heat another pan and place one tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheese over half the tortilla.
- Add steak mixture.
- Add more cheese on top.
- Fold tortilla in half.
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Tip
For extra crispy quesadillas, lightly butter the outside before cooking.
