Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Instructions

1. Mix Dry Ingredients

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2. Add Wet Ingredients

  1. Add egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
  2. Mix until just combined (lumps are okayβ€”don’t overmix).

3. Cook Pancakes

  1. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.
  2. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
  3. Pour batter into small circles.
  4. Cook until bubbles form on top (2–3 minutes).
  5. Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden.

Serving Ideas

  • Maple syrup 🍁

  • Nutella or chocolate spread 🍫
  • Fresh fruits πŸ“πŸŒ
  • Whipped cream

Tip

For extra fluffy pancakes, let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes before cooking.
