Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Instructions
1. Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add Wet Ingredients
- Add egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Mix until just combined (lumps are okayβdonβt overmix).
3. Cook Pancakes
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.
- Lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour batter into small circles.
- Cook until bubbles form on top (2β3 minutes).
- Flip and cook another 1β2 minutes until golden.
