Ingredients
- 250 g digestive biscuits or graham crackers
- 100 g melted butter
- 500 g cream cheese
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4–5 chopped Snickers bars
- Caramel sauce (for topping)
- Chocolate sauce (for topping)
- Chopped peanuts
Method
- Make the crust: Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and chill for 20–30 minutes.
- Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip the cream separately until soft peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
