Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
- 1 cup tapioca starch or cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sugar or honey
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1½ cups warm milk or dairy-free milk
- 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
1. Activate & Mix
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast.
- Let sit for 5 minutes until slightly foamy.
- Add eggs, oil, and vinegar.
2. Make the Dough
- Stir in gluten-free flour, starch, and salt.
- Mix until a thick, sticky batter-like dough forms.
- Beat for 2–3 minutes to help create structure.
3. Let It Rise
- Transfer dough to a greased loaf pan.
- Smooth the top with a wet spatula.
- Cover and let rise for 30–45 minutes until puffy.
4. Bake
- Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
