  • 1 cup tapioca starch or cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ cups warm milk or dairy-free milk
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

1. Activate & Mix

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Let sit for 5 minutes until slightly foamy.
  3. Add eggs, oil, and vinegar.

2. Make the Dough

  1. Stir in gluten-free flour, starch, and salt.
  2. Mix until a thick, sticky batter-like dough forms.

3. Let It Rise
