Sweet, savory, and packed with bold flavor, these Sticky Honey Garlic Ribs are tender on the inside with a delicious caramelized glaze. Perfect for family dinners, game nights, or backyard cookouts.

Ingredients

For the Ribs

  • 2 racks pork ribs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Honey Garlic Sauce

  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ribs

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove membrane from the back of the ribs if needed.

Step 2: Season

Mix salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Rub evenly over both sides of the ribs.

Step 3: Bake

Place ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 2 hours until tender.

Step 4: Make the Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.

Step 5: Glaze the Ribs

Remove ribs from the oven and brush generously with honey garlic sauce.

Step 6: Broil

Broil for 3–5 minutes until sticky and caramelized, brushing with extra sauce if desired.

Step 7: Serve

Slice and serve hot with extra sauce on the side.
