Ingredients
Crust Layer
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Cream Layer
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tub whipped topping, divided
Fruit Layer
- 1 package strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
Instructions
1. Make the Crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill while preparing the filling.
2. Prepare the Cream Layer
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread evenly over the crust.
3. Make the Fruit Layer
Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water.
Let cool slightly, then mix in strawberries and drained pineapple.
Carefully spoon over the cream layer.
4. Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
5. Finish & Serve
Top with remaining whipped topping before serving.
