Keto Cheeseburger Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 300–400g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp mustard (optional, gives “burger” flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1–1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup or mayo (optional)

Keto “Tortilla” Option (Cheese Shell)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar (per quesadilla)

Instructions

1. Cook the Beef

  1. Heat pan with butter or oil.
  2. Cook onion (if using) until soft.
  3. Add ground beef and break it up finely.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and mustard.
  5. Cook until browned and juicy.

2. Make the Keto Cheese “Wrap”

  1. Heat a nonstick pan.
  2. Spread shredded cheese into a thin circle.
  3. Let it melt and bubble until edges crisp slightly.
  4. Carefully loosen it—this becomes your tortilla.

3. Assemble

  1. Add cooked beef onto one half of the cheese shell.
  2. Add extra cheddar on top.
  3. Fold in half like a quesadilla.

4. Crisp It

  1. Return to pan for 1–2 minutes per side.
  2. Cook until golden and crispy.

Serving Ideas

  • Sugar-free burger sauce
  • Pickles or lettuce
  • Extra melted cheese dip

Tip

For extra “Big Mac” flavor, add chopped pickles and a little mayo inside before folding—it tastes like a keto cheeseburger in crispy form.
