Ingredients
For the Wraps
- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- Sliced pickles
For the Big Mac Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, paprika, and garlic powder. Chill until ready to use.
2. Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
