Buffalo Wings 🍗🔥
Ingredients
Wings
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying or baking
Buffalo Sauce
- ½ cup hot sauce
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Prep the Wings
Pat wings dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Cook the Wings
Frying Method
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
Fry wings 8–10 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
Oven Method
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway.
Air Fryer Method
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes.
3. Make the Sauce
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Stir in:
- hot sauce
- garlic powder
- honey
Simmer briefly.
4. Toss & Serve
Coat hot wings in buffalo sauce.
Serve immediately.
