Ingredients
- 2–4 chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1 pack Boursin (Garlic & Fine Herbs or any flavor)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or milk for lighter version)
- 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
- Optional: spinach, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes
Instructions
1. Sear the Chicken
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat oil + butter in a pan.
- Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove and set aside.
2. Make the Sauce
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté briefly.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up bits.
- Add cream and stir.
- Drop in Boursin cheese and let it melt into a smooth sauce.
3. Finish Cooking
- Return chicken to the pan.
- Simmer 8–10 minutes until cooked through and sauce thickens.
- Add spinach or mushrooms if using.

Don’t rush the sauce—letting the Boursin slowly melt is what makes it ultra creamy and flavorful.
