One-Pan Boursin Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2–4 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1 pack Boursin (Garlic & Fine Herbs or any flavor)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (or milk for lighter version)
  • 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Optional: spinach, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes

Instructions

1. Sear the Chicken

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat oil + butter in a pan.
  3. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Remove and set aside.

2. Make the Sauce

  1. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté briefly.
  2. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up bits.
  3. Add cream and stir.
  4. Drop in Boursin cheese and let it melt into a smooth sauce.

3. Finish Cooking

  1. Return chicken to the pan.
  2. Simmer 8–10 minutes until cooked through and sauce thickens.
  3. Add spinach or mushrooms if using.

Tip

Don’t rush the sauce—letting the Boursin slowly melt is what makes it ultra creamy and flavorful.
